Welcome to your healthy eating destination! I created Master Meal Prep based on people’s need to eat healthy but lack the TIME to prepare meals for each week. Each meal I offer is a meal that I have personally tried, perfected, and eat on a regular basis. I calculate macronutrient information via My Fitness Pal, so you will always know the calories, fat, carbohydrates, and protein for each meal as well. My success with my transformation in 2015 was heavily influenced by my diet and these are perfect examples of meals that will be sufficient for a transformation like mine!
