I am now offering fitness nutrition coaching plans to help you learn how to incorporate exercise and flexible dieting into your new healthy lifestyle. My specialty is weight loss and maintenance. My approach supports LONG-TERM sustainable weight loss that fits into your lifestyle. I will not do crash diets, quick fixes, or participate in fad programming. A combination of weight training, cardio, AND a solid nutrition plan are all crucial to losing weight (fat) and maintaining it. I have a serious list of expectations for my coaching program to be sure you are serious about this journey.
